Red Bell New Factory, Kawasan Industri Millenium, Tangerang

The factory is a manufacturer of flavourings and colourings for use in the food industry. The proposed development is located in Kawasan Industri Millenium, Tangerang with site area 11,700 sqm and dimension 130 x 90 sqm. The factory project consists of providing the following: - Factory: 2 production rooms and 2 packing rooms, including office, canteen and locker room: 6,000 sqm. - Warehouse: 500 sqm The end product of this factory is not a direct consumable goods therefore the hygienic requirements is not that stringent, however the factory is following the requirements from BPOM and local regulations in terms of the flow, zoning and architectural finishes. Office, warehouse and canteen are considered as dirty areas. Packing rooms and the locker areas considered as grey areas, and the production rooms are the clean areas. Production areas follow GMP standards and are fully air conditioned and use sandwich panel partitions, walkable sandwich panel ceiling, coving on the floor and a non-porous floor finishes.
